1. Introduction

4. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

(a) Lawful Use: You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

(b) Prohibited Activities: You shall not use the Platform to:

  • (i)   Engage in any illegal, fraudulent, or misleading activities;
  • (ii)  Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others;
  • (iii) Engage in hate speech, harassment, or discrimination;
  • (iv) Transmit spam or malicious code; or
  • (v)  Attempt to circumvent the Platform’s security measures.
  • (vi) Generation of any kind of Pornographic content is prohibited

(c) Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the Content you create, upload, or share using the Platform.

5. Content Generation and Use

(a) Generated Content: The Platform allows users to generate text, images, videos, and voiceovers. However, the generation of Content that is prohibited by law or infringes on intellectual property rights is strictly prohibited.

(b) Content Ownership: The Company does not claim ownership of the Generated Content. However, by using the Platform, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute the Generated Content for the purpose of improving the Platform and its services.

(c) Content Usage Restrictions: You are not permitted to use the Generated Content for any purpose that is illegal, unethical, or in violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

(a) Platform Ownership: The Company retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform, including all intellectual property rights.

(b) User Content: You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to your original Content. However, you acknowledge that the Company may use your feedback to improve the Platform.
